In 1999, the undersigned purchased a two story penthouse and hired Mr. Gerrits to completely renovate the unit. Michael's devotion to this project ended in the completion of our beautiful home in the sky…. Contrary to most contractors, MJG Builders did not take advantage of the numerous change orders that were made.

We have now hired Michael to add another addition to our warehouse in 2001, and fully expect that MJG Builders will give us the same level of dedication and personal service that they have given us in the past.

We feel that we have been lucky to have Michael do these projects for us, and are positive that anybody who uses his services will feel the same.
